Each workshop session is 4 classes
Monday Nights 7:45pm - 8:45pm (begins again in October 2018!)
Price:
Class Card System $135 for 4 classes ($33.75 per class)
Whether you are a beginning aerialist who has always wanted to explore this art form, a curious parent who has a child who is currently enrolled in our academy program, or an experienced aerialist who wants to gain more technique and strength...this class is for you!
A 60 minute class will include:
Warmup/Stretch
Conditioning
Trap Exploration
Silk Exploration
Cool down/Stretch
